Blynex Solution provides website design, website redesign, brand identity design, brand redesign, e-commerce website development, and SEO services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed upon separately before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion.
All projects begin with a clear agreement between Blynex Solution and the client covering the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and revision rounds. Work does not begin until the agreement is confirmed and any required deposit is received. Any changes to the agreed scope after work has started may affect the timeline and cost.
Payment terms are agreed upon before each project begins. We require a deposit before starting work on any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files are delivered. We accept payments via Payoneer and other methods agreed upon in writing. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed before work begins. Revisions beyond the agreed amount may be charged additionally. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original agreed scope and do not include new features or significant changes in direction.
We deliver final files and project assets upon receipt of full payment. Once delivered, the client is responsible for all files and assets. We are not responsible for any issues that arise after handover unless a separate support agreement is in place.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all rights to the final delivered work including logos, website designs, and other assets created specifically for their project. Blynex Solution retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, and assets required for the project in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed timeline. Blynex Solution is not responsible for project delays resulting from late or incomplete client input.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of a project. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
Blynex Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Some of our services may involve the use of third party platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce, or Google tools. Blynex Solution is not responsible for the performance, downtime, or policy changes of any third party service.
You may not use blynexsolution.com for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, Pakistan. However, we are committed to resolving any disputes directly and amicably before any legal action is taken.
